BOOK A 15 MIN CONSULTATION CALL

Hi, I’m Hilary,

I used to act for a living—stepping into other people’s shoes taught me how fascinating human behavior is. Through acting and therapy, I explored my own patterns and learned what it takes to truly understand why we do what we do.

As a couples and individual therapist in Los Angeles, I bring curiosity, honesty, and directness to every session. I’m passionate about EMDR, ketamine-assisted therapy, and relational counseling to help clients uncover what drives their patterns, navigate conflict, and create lasting change. Clients describe me as warm but real—I challenge, guide, and keep compassion and accountability at the center of our work. I work with clients in person in LA and virtually.

What I Help With

Are you ready to dive in and make a change in your current circumstance?

I am an individual and couples therapist who creates a warm and trusting space in which we fully explore the present by identifying triggers, patterns, and the impact of past experiences on our present. Sessions with me are interactive and direct.

I believe that successful therapy is a collaborative process.

I specialize in couples therapy, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, intimacy, dating, grief, body dysmorphia, cultural identity, relationships, anger issues, life transitions, and chronic pain.
